Our Story

Welcome to Ocean Grom, a surf brand for groms designed by a mom of groms. The idea of Ocean Grom leashes was born after countless days at the beach of seeing little surfers with leashes that were way too long, too big around their ankles, and too tricky to put on themselves, along with countless questions of

​

"can you put my leash on for me?" 

and

"it's not tight enough"

I thought to myself, there HAS to be a fix to this dilemma that I'm sure other parents have encountered... leashes that are too big on the ankles, too long for a grom board, and too tricky for a little one to know how to put on themselves. After hours of researching leashes and finding NONE that are designed for the unique sizing of groms, I decided to design one.
